Steps to make Tomato-Onion Rasam (no dal):
- In a kadai heat oil. Put mustard seeds,hing, red chilli, Curry leave and urad dal.
- When the mustard seeds spluter, add chopped garlic and fry for 1 min.
- Add chopped Onion, salt and fry till onion is translucent not brown.
- When tomatoes become soft like chutney, add water as per your choice of the rasam gravy. Mix the rasam powder very well and switch off the flame.
- Tomato-Onion Rasam is ready. Garnish with coriander leave and serve with steamed Rice and papad. - Thanks. 🙂
