  6. Get 1 handful raisins or as needed

Instructions to make Besan ladoo:
  1. Take a kadhai, add ghee, keep on low flame and as it heats well add besan.
  2. Stir continuously on low flame till it changes the colour to golden brown and feel the fine aroma of desi ghee and besan.Once done switch off the heat.
  3. Now let it cool down completely. Then add powdered sugar, elaichi powder, raisins, sliced almonds. Mix it properly using both the hands
  4. Now start making ladoo by greasing both the hands with ghee,taking some portion with the hand, placing it on palm and giving round small ball size.
  5. Here I have used ladoo maker to prepare ladoo but it's optional.
  6. Garnish with few sliced almonds on ladoos

Besan is roasted in ghee till golden brown appearance with a nutty fragrance. Besan ladoo will keep for up to two weeks at room temperature.
