- Soak 1 cup flattened rice for 10 minutes.
- Take a bowl, add 3 boiled potatoes and mash it and add 1 cup flattened rice (poha).
- Now add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Mix all this ingredients and make a dough.
- After making the dough, make small balls from it.
- Heat the oil for 10 minutes.
- After the oil is hot, fry the balls in it.
- Now take out the balls in serving plate.
- Ready to serve.
