  2. For chole. Wash and drain chole. Boiled chole in cooker with little salt for 6 whistles. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  3. Cool it and open the lid. Transfer to a bowl. In the same cooker add 2 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, 1 bay lweaf and chopped onion. Fry for few minutes.
  4. Then add tomato puree and green chilly, ginger and garlic paste and salt. Saute it for few minutes. Add boiled chole. Cook till it the gravy become thick.
