- Cook it for 5 to 10 min. When it is boiling.switch off the gas.
- Now prepare tadka,in tadka pan.put little oil. Put mustard seeds,curry patta and dry red chilli.
- Now pour tadka in hot rasam, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Hot hot rasam is ready to serve.
