- Heat oil in a Chinese Volk. Add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, onion chopped, chopped carrot, Capcicum, and cook for 1 minute then add chopped cabbage then fry the vegetables.
- Then add Schezwan sauce, Add little water soyasauce, chilli sauce add water 1/2 ltr. Add venegar add chop spring onion
- When the water starts boiling add cornflour and water mixture. Add salt per taste and cook for 10-15 minutes.
