Instructions to make Tikha Aloo bonda:
  1. In a big bowl add besan ajwain, salt and water and make a batter. The batter should not very thick or thin.
  2. Take a kadhai heat lil oil add jeera, green chilies, coriander seeds, and ginger paste, saute for few seconds,.
  3. Now add haldi garam masala, chat masala, amchur powder, and salt, mix it well for few seconds more.
  4. Now add mashed potatoes and mix it well, cook it another 5-10 mins. After 10 mins switch off the gas garnish with chopped coriander leaves and cool down(not completely).
  5. In the other kadai pour with sufficient oil and heat it. Now make the small small balls and dip in the batter and nxt oil. Deep fry it until it becomes golden brown crust.
  6. Strain the oil on kitchen towl and serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney with tea or coffee. Taste is yummy.
