  2. Grind coconut, coriander sheed,cardamom, cloves, and cashew nuts in to a dry mix powder.
  3. Heat oil in the same pan over a medium flame. Add a hing,bay leaf, and chopped onion. Saute until onion turn light brown few 5 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
  4. Add grind powder and saute for a few minutes. Beat the curd, slowly and it to pan mix well.
  5. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder, Kasmiri chilli powder, and mix again few 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add fried potatoes. Kasuri methi and salt. cook on a medium flames 3 minutes.
  7. Add water and bring it to boiled over medium heat. when it starts to boil, cook low flame until you get the design consistency of gravy. it will take around 4-5 minutes.
  8. Turn off the flame and it to a bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander levels and serve hot.
