  3. Take a pan add oil. Now add hing, Cumin seeds, bay leaf. Add the paste of onion. Saute for 2 mins. Add tomato puree. Saute for 2 mins. Add all the spices and paste. Add lil water. Saute for 2 mins. Add lil more water to adjust the gravy constitancy.cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add baby potatoes and garam Masala. Add cream or malai. And serve hot.
