Steps to make Double Nutri Rolls:
  1. Firstly daal and rice soaked atlwast 3 hour. Then wash. Take a mixture jaar, put daal- rice, green chili, ginger, jeera seeds, and salt as taste.
  2. Then grind it a fine paste. For stuffing first boil 3 potato and grate it. Now take a karahi. Heat on a medium flame, add oil, then put, jeera seeds, gingar chili paste, haldi powder, coriander powder, mix well.
  3. Then add potato, salt and lemon juice mix well and cook 1 minutes and swich off flame. J
  4. Grease the glass with oil, the 1 eno mix the rice-daal batter.
  5. Some amount of batter pour in glass. Then stand long roll made from potato in the glass.now cover the glass with batter.
  6. Place glass in steamer and steam for 20 minutes over medium flame.now insert a knife or toothpick into it and check if it comes out clean. If it does, then it is ready otherwise cook 2-3 minutes more.
  7. Takeout glass from steamer and let them cool for few minutes. Then remove the rollin glass.
  8. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstic pan. Add bleack sesame seeds and chopped curry leaves. When seeds begin to crackle, then put the roll, and cover all side to sesame seeds. Shown in picture
