  1. Heat a pan add sugar and water to make sugar syrup, Till the syrup comes to one thread consistency.

  3. Add cardamom powder, food colour and mix well till the batter gets thick and sticky. The batter should be moist then turn off the flame.
  4. Let the mixture cool down slightly & now take some portion of this mixture to make small ladoos. When they are still warm & moist. Coat the ladoos with the desiccated coconut.

This will remove the raw taste and also if the semolina is not roasted the ladoos will be sticky. Coconut Ladoo is one of my favorite coconut dessert recipe to date.
