Steps to make Quick rasam:
- Boil tomatoes with salt and turmeric. After boiling add tamarind and mash it.
- Grind pepper, garlic, chilli and jeera.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard and jeera after mustard starts popping add curry leaves and grounded powder. Fry for 30 seconds.
- Add tomato and tamarind juice. Add desired amount of water and adjust salt if required.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and bring it to boil.
- Enjoy rasam with rice.
