  8. Poke a skewer in to see if its baked once baked take out of oven leave to cool down
  9. For the icing: mix wooden spoon butter till soft then pour orange food colouring (at the time of baking i only had blue food colouring to use)into the icing sugar mix well till the icing sugar turns orange in colour then sift in icing sugar into the butter and mix well add a tiny drop vanilla esscense and milk mix well then pipe your cupcakes and decorate as desired… Done!!!
