- Add milk into a pot. In a separate bowl mix cake flour with normal tap water creating a paste. Once the milk is boiled add in your paste to it. Mix for a while. Add in your pasta sauce. Mix till it becomes creamy and thick. You now have pasta sauce.
- Bring your boiled macaroni to the stove, add your cooked cold meat and sauce and slices of cheese. Mix till cheese has melted completely. Remove from stove dish into plate garnish and enjoy !
