  2. Ab ek alag bowl me aaloo dum masala daal kar ek glass pani me ghol bana le.
  3. Besan par bhi dhyan rakhe, kahi jal naa jaye.
  4. Ab jab besan se khushboo aane lage, or wo pink hone lage tb haldi powder daal de. 2 minutes or bhune.
  5. Ab usme masale wala pani ka ghol daal de. Continue chalate rahein.
  6. Jab wo pani boil hone lage to usme taste according salt daal de. Abhi boil hone de. Gravy thick hone lage to cut kar ke aaloo daal de. Gas off karein.
  7. Ab ek tadka pan me ghee daal kar garam karein. Usme hing, jeera daal kar curry me tadka lgaye. Green coriander se garnish karein. Garma garam serve karein.
  8. Ise aap rice se, chapati se, poori- kachori se yaa aise hi khaa saktein hai.
  9. Note - Masale me salt pehle se hi hota hai. taste according hi dale.
