- Now add spices like chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala and salt to taste. - continue to fry till oil separates. - turn the flame to low and add curd. give a mix well.After add 1 cup of waterfinally, add fried aloos and cook for 25 min.
- And lastly add garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
