Instructions to make Aata/Wholewheat Dosas:
  1. Mix all the mentioned ingredients to a semi thick batter just like that of a normal Dosa batter. It should be of a flowing consistency.
  2. Keep aside for about 15 minutes. Heat a tawa or an iron griddle. Pour a medium sized ladleful of the batter and spread evenly. Do not add much force. Do it slowly. It's not at all difficult to spread.
  3. Smear with Oil and drizzle some even on the sides. Cover and cook on both the sides until crisp for 2-3 minutes each. Serve hot immediately with your favourite Chutney.
