Instructions to make Aata/Wholewheat Dosas:
- Mix all the mentioned ingredients to a semi thick batter just like that of a normal Dosa batter. It should be of a flowing consistency.
- Keep aside for about 15 minutes. Heat a tawa or an iron griddle. Pour a medium sized ladleful of the batter and spread evenly. Do not add much force. Do it slowly. It's not at all difficult to spread.
- Smear with Oil and drizzle some even on the sides. Cover and cook on both the sides until crisp for 2-3 minutes each. Serve hot immediately with your favourite Chutney.
