Instructions to make Rasam:
  1. Dry roast fengureek seeds, cumin and black pepper for 1-2 minutes. Let's it be cool then coarsely grounded it.
  2. In mixi jar put chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chilli.Coarsely grounded this.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves saute for few seconds.
  4. Now add tomatoes paste, salt, turmeric and grounded Rashmi powder, mix well.
  5. Add one and half glass of water and bring it to boil when it's boiled add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
