- Once cooled, roll the mixture into lemon sized balls.
- Make a dip in the center of each ball.
- Place a small amount of chocolate in the middle, and roll again to cover it.
- Roll the ladoos in more desiccated coconut.
- Place them in bowl and garnish it with almonds.
That is exactly what i've come up with. A sugar-free , gluten free and vegan little truffle delight thats bursting with. The ladoos has dark chocolate in them instead of cocoa powder which makes it set and makes it taste yummy. I added dark chocolate since i added little. Crush the biscuits in a food processor until it is fine (like flour).
