The ingredients needed to make Samo Masala dosa:
  1. Take 1 cup Samo
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup Sago
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup Curds
  4. Take As per taste Salt
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp Soda
Instructions to make Samo Masala dosa:
  1. Take a pan, add sago and fry till it pops. - Then wash twice and add to a bowl. - Wash samo twice and add to sago bowl. - Soak both in water for 4hrs or overnight.
  2. Morning drain all the water to a bowl using a seive. Add this soaked Samo and Sago to a mixi jar. Add curds, salt and grind to smooth and thick paste. - Take out to a bowl and keep aside for 1hour. - Then add soda and mix well. - Make dosa tawa hot and apply oil and wipe it with a wet cloth. - Keep the flame low and pour dosa batter and make thin and crisp dosas, drizzle oil or ghee or butter and - Apply chutney and palya and serve hottt. ๐Ÿฝ
