  2. Now chop the onions, boil the onions with 1 tsp turmeric n 1 tsp salt,par boil the tomatoes n remove the skin.now take all above masala red chilli pwd,curd,chillies, ginger garlic,soaked cashew,coriander pwd.grind the masala in fine paste.
  3. Now heat vessel,put oil n butter together now add the masala.let it simmer for 10 mins as the oil floats up add the chicken with cream n let it simmer for 5 mins
  4. Now take dry fenugreek leaves n dry roast it.now crumble it n put on the chicken curry.
  5. Now heat up one piece of charcoal. It should be red hot.now take a bowl made of silver foil.put the coal then a piece of butter. Now quickly keep it above the curry n close the lid to give smoky flavour.this should be done as it enhances the flavour of this dish.lastly garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream.serve with rice,naan.
