- Ab ek bowl m grated paneer, coriander, green chilli, salt, black pepper,red chilli sabko mix karein or scoop kiye hue potatoes m stuff karein.
- Poppy seeds,cashewnuts,garlic ko 1 cup water m soak karein 15 mins ke liye fir inka smooth paste bana le.
- Microwave bowl m oil daale or 100% power par 30 sec ke liye garam karein.
- Ab isme green chillies, turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder, curd and poppy seeds paste daale or 80 % power par 3 mins cook karein.
- Stuff kiye hue potatoes and 1/2 cup water add karein or 80 % power par 3-4 mins cover karke cook karein or beech m stir karein ya jab tak gravy thick ho jaaye.
- Dum aloo posto ready hone ke baad 5 mins ke liye lid lagakar chod de.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
