Shahi Aloo Dum / Indian Restaurant Style Kashmiri Shahi Baby Potato Curry.   5. Then add the crushed dry masala,red chilli pury, chilli powder, kitchen king masala,coriander powder
  6. Mix it well cook for 5 minutes
  7. Take some butter in a pan and roast the potatoes in it and then add chilli powder, Turmeric powder
  8. Mix it well
  9. Add it in the gravy and add kasuri methi and mix it well
  10. Now garnish it with butter and coriander leaves
