- Take 500 gm whole wheat flour
- Prepare 100 gm semolina (sooji)
- Make ready 300 gm boora (you can use powdered sugar if dont hv boora handy)
- Prepare 250 gm ghee
- Get 2 tsp cardamom powder
- Prepare 250 gm mixed dried fruits ( cashews, raisins, walnuts and almonds )
- Get 100 gm gond powdered and roasted in ghee

It is a simple recipe with few ingredients, but the texture and taste is amazing! Boondi Ladoo - I have helped my mom making Boondi ladoo / Boondhi Laddu recipe from my childhood.
Instructions to make Aata boora ladoos:
- First heat the ghee in a wok and fry the nuts. Set aside to cool down.
- Now in same wok roast the aata and sooji in ghee.
- It will eventually turn brown and aromatic… ghee starts to leave the sides.
- Add the gond. Mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and let this mixture cool down a bit.
- Meanwhile pulse the nuts in a grinder or food processor.
- Add the boora, cardomom powder and nuts to aata mixture.
- Roll them into medium sized ladoos when the mixture is still warm.let them sit in air for half an hour then store in an air tight container. Enjoy !!!
