- Heat oil in work, add garlic and dein onion and saute till onion become translucent
- Dein add cabbage, carrot and capsicum and saute for 5 mins. All these to be done on high flame
- Put all sauces, salt to taste to the vegetables and mix well
- Add boiled noodles and mix it well.
- Add chopped spring onion to it and saute for some more tome
