First make rabdi & for that we need to take the milk in a heavy bottom sayce pan, & bring it to a boil & reduce it little after that add the bread crumbs, & condensed milk, this will help in tgickening the rabdi instantly, once the milk starts thickening add sugar & cook for another 10min, then switch off the gas & add elichy & set the rabdi aside to cool.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, till then remive the sides of bread slices & cut them either in smaller squares or triangles, i had cut mine into squares. Once the ghee becomes hot, fry the bread slices till light & golden.
  3. In a serving bowl place little rabdi in the bottom, arrange bread slices over it, cover it completely with rabdi then crush motichoor ladoos liberally over it & repeat one more layer over it.
  4. Garnish it with almonds & refrigerate it for 2 hours or untill cool. Serve it cold. You can also serve it at room temperature, we like it cold so.
