  3. Roll and wrap it tightly, then put the roll in the pot, add hot water until it covers 4/5 of the roll, set the heat to maximum, cover the pot and wait unti it boils, once it is boiling set the heat to minimum and leave for 90 minutes. Then turn the heat off and leave untill the meat is cold.
