Our dum aloo recipe is also called Punjabi dum aloo. Chilli-coated potatoes in dum aloo curry are cooked with cream, tomatoes and a flavourful paste of whole spices and onions.   2. Now take a deep pan and deep fry all potatoes.until they seems light brown and crispy.
  3. Now take a another pan and heat oil than add cumin seeds and hing than cloves and saute it than add onion and saute until it turns light brown than add tomatoes paste and make until it leves oil than add all spices, green chilli,and curd and stir well add some water if you want than add potatoes and make it for 10 minutes.turn off the gas. and garnish it with coriander leaves and curd.
