Instructions to make Jhal muri:
  1. Firstly take a large mixing bowl then add all the dry ingredients(puffed rice, corn flakes, salted peanuts, rose powder coated almonds)
  2. In second step mix wet ingredients(boiled black chickpeas,boiled &cubed potatoes, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, boiled corn)to the dry ingredients
  3. Add salt,black salt, red pepper powder, toasted cumin powder, chat masala and give a good mix
  4. Squeeze a lemon,add tamarind water at last, chopped coriander and give a quick mix
  5. Immediately transfer into a serving bowl unless it get soggy
  6. Garnish with some coriander leaves nylon sev or potatoes lachha bhujia and rose powder coated almonds & quick serve.
  7. Instruction_ Navratri has started in all over India,so I 'have skipped onion,u can also avoid onion on other day you can prepare with finely chopped onion.
