  4. Put a fry pan sprayed with Spray2Cook on a medium to high heat and add the onion and bacon together with the rabbit.
  5. Cook on the hob until the rabbit is browned all over then transfer to a casserole together with all the other ingredients other than the cornstarch.
  6. Blend the cornstarch with a little water (adding slowly) and then add the blended cornstarch to the casserole.
  7. Put the casserole in the oven for 75 minutes.
  8. Turn the oven off and leave the stew in the hot oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
