- Mix the all tangzhong ingredients in a non sticky pan, cook in the stove with low flame until thicken into pudding, let it cool down and step aside.
- In a bowl, mix water, yeast and sugar.
- Add the eggs and flour, mix it well.
- Add tangzhong and start to knead it until smooth.
- Add salt and butter, and knead it again until smooth and elastic (window pane test).
- Cover the dough and wait until 40 minutes until doubling the size.
- Open the cover, divide it and make a round circle form. Cover it again and wait 30 minutes until it rise.
- Brush the top with the mixture and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
- Heat the oven to 190°c for 10 minutes.
- Put inside the bun in the oven and bake it until golden brown for about 15-20 minutes.
