- Cut the bacon into little pieces and cut off the fat. Then add to a colander rinse under the cold tap. To take off any excess salt.
- Leave to drain off then pat dry with a clean towel or kitchen roll
- Add 3 Eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk well add milk and whisk again add a little black pepper
- Dry fry the bacon cook for 5 minutes
- Add the onion cook for 10 minutes
- Remove the bacon and onion and again drain them on kitchen paper
- Heat up a little oil in the frying pan and when heated add the egg
- Cook for 3 minutes then add the bacon and onion next add the Tomatoes
- Add the black pudding to a frying pan a little oil and fry on low heat
- Now the under side of the omelette is done so now add it under a grill to cook the top.
- Add the beans to a saucepan and heat up. I always add a knob of butter to my beans to thicken.
- Omelette done and if you shake it it will losen in the pan
- Using a spatula lif half over so its half an omelette. Cut down the middle to make 2gra
- Grate the cheese and put it on top and melt under the grill to melt the cheese
