- Get 1 cup Gram Flour / Besan
- Make ready 1 cup Water

- Get 1 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies

- Prepare as required Oil for roasting
Steps to make Tomato Omelette:
- In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of Gram Flour (Besan), 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida (Hing), 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi) and 1/2 tsp of Cumin Powder (Jeera).
- Now add 1 tsp of finely chopped Green Chillies, 1/4 cup of finely chopped Onions, 1/4 cup of chopped Coriander Leaves, 1 cup of finely chopped Tomatoes, 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp of Salt and mix well.
- Then add 1 cup of Water or more if required to adjust the consistency of the batter.
- Lastly add 2 tsp of Semolina (Rava) and give a nice mix.
- Furthermore, preheat the Dosa tawa and grease with the Oil by using tissue paper.
- Pour the ladleful of batter and spread gently to get perfect round Omelette.
- Add 1/2 tsp of Oil and allow it to roast on medium flame for 5 to 7 Min. or until Omelette turns brown in colour.
- Then flip over the Omelette and roast again on medium flame for more 5 to 7 Min. from other side.
- Tomato Omelette is now ready to serve hot with Ketchup or Mayonnaise.
