  4. Fry hue potatoes ko side pe nikal kar rakh le
  5. Onions or tomato ko grind Karle
  6. Bache hue oil main Masla fry Karein
  7. Isme green chilli powder Jeera powder Salt dry mango powder haldi dry ginger powder add Karein or pakaye
  8. Ab isme water add Karke iski gravy ready Karein
  9. Jab gravy ready ho jaye isme potatoes add Karein or low flame par pakaye
  10. Ab flame off karde isme malai add Karein or aachi tarah se mix Karein
  11. Isko serving bowl main nikal le or roti parantha ya rice ke sath serve karein
