  1. At first boil chopped spinach leaves with salt for 3 min. Drain the water. Now make 3 Omelette with the boiled spinach leaves.
  2. Now heat some oil in pan. Add chopped onion and fry till get brown. Add chopped tomatoes. Add ginger garlic paste. Add salt to taste. Cook well so that the raw smell goes off. Add turmeric and red chilli powder. Add finely whisked curd and poppy seed paste.
  3. Add cumin seeds powder and coriander powder. Mix all the ingredients well and cook for 2 minutes. Now add Green chilli and little amount of water. Let the gravy boil on high flame. Now add the omlettes and let it boil on medium flame. Before switch off the oven add very little sugar.
