- For masala first heat oil in pan. - After overnight rest, dough is fermented well. Now when you are going to make dosa add some salt in batter and mix well.
- Now heat a tawa, pour some oil and sprinkle little water over it and wipe the tawa with a tissue. Spread batter with the help of ladle from centre towards sides. Cook on high flame, add aloo masala and fold. Our masala dosa is ready to serve.
