  1. Wash the sago throughly.soke and sago overnight or for transfer in a seive to drain excess water.
  2. In a pan heat 1 1/2 tablespoon of ghee and staue the sago for one minute.add sugar stirring continuously.cook until sago are transparent.add colour cardomom powder sliverds nuts and saffron strands.add the remaining 1/2table spoon ghee and mix well
  3. Transfer in a plate to cool to make laddus.use mould to shape or you can just make small rounds garnish if preffared with cashews or other nuts.
