- Take 2 cups sugar

- Heat 2 tbsp oil in saucepan.Take besan in bowl and mix hot oil to it. Then seive this mixture in another bowl.
- Take two saucepan, one for the sugar syrup and another one for the oil and ghee mixture.
- Heat oil and ghee mix together in one saucepan.
- In another wide non stick pan add 2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup water and boil it to make sugar syrup. The syrup should be one string consistency or you can check by putting syrup little in cup of water,it should become small ball.
- Then add besan to the sugar syrup and mix well. Pour the hot oil slowly little by little and mix this mixture properly so that oil gets dissolve into it properly.At the same time bubbles keep coming from the bottom. Keep adding the oil and then at the same time with one hand mixing it.
- See that it should not stick anywhere and keep mixing it till colour changing is seen.
- Once you see that colour is changing stop the flame and bring in a tray and pour this mixture.Do not press anything on the top.This will immediately start becoming hard.
- After 10 mins cut it into pieces and allow it to cool completely. Then once it comes to room temperature take the pieces and store it in container.
