  2. Prepare 1/2 cup urad dal
  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon poha

Instructions to make Jini Dosa:
  1. Soak rice and urad dal seperately for 5-6 hrs.
  2. Now grind the soaked rice and urad dal to a fine paste. While grinding add poha.
  3. Keep the batter for fermentation for 6-8 hours or overnight.Your dosa batter is ready.Add little salt to taste.
  4. Now before beginning to prepare dosa, finely chop all the veggies. Grate the cheese cubes.
  5. Heat a tawa. Sprinkle some oil and pour 1 tablespoon of dosa batter. Spread it uniformly to form a thin dosa.Sprinkle some oil and let it cook till golden brown from one side.
  6. Once it is almost done,apply one teaspoon of tomato sauce evenly,to the side which is on the top.
  7. Now add 1 teaspoon of schezwan sauce on top of dosa and spread it evenly on the entire surface of dosa.
  8. Now spread half tablespoon each of chopped onion, tomato, capscicum and cabbage all over dosa.
  9. Now sprinkle grated cheese all over dosa and cover it for few seconds till the cheese melts.
  10. Once done,fold it and remove in serving plate and serve it with chutney. In the similar fashion prepare all the dosas.
