  3. Besan which has been roasting for 12 mins. You will see the color has changed as compared to what it was in the beginning.
  4. Add ½ cup ghee (125 grams).Mix very well.
  5. Keep on roasting for about a total of 12 to 15 minutes stirring non-stop.
  6. Soon you will see that the mixture will start releasing ghee and will give a nice fragrant aroma.
  7. Remove the kadai from the stove and keep on your kitchen countertop for 2-3 minutes.
  8. After it cools down a little bit then add powdered sugar to it and mix very well.
  9. Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, mix again very well.
  10. Then shape into medium-sized ladoo with your palms
  11. Serve Besan ke Laddu. While serving you can garnish with half cut almonds like I have done.

Besan is roasted in ghee till golden brown appearance with a nutty fragrance. Besan ladoo will keep for up to two weeks at room temperature.
