- Take a heavy kadai and keep on a low heat. Add besan (200 grams) in the kadai.

- Besan which has been roasting for 12 mins. You will see the color has changed as compared to what it was in the beginning.
- Add ½ cup ghee (125 grams).Mix very well.
- Keep on roasting for about a total of 12 to 15 minutes stirring non-stop.
- Soon you will see that the mixture will start releasing ghee and will give a nice fragrant aroma.
- Remove the kadai from the stove and keep on your kitchen countertop for 2-3 minutes.
- After it cools down a little bit then add powdered sugar to it and mix very well.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, mix again very well.
- Then shape into medium-sized ladoo with your palms
- Serve Besan ke Laddu. While serving you can garnish with half cut almonds like I have done.
Besan is roasted in ghee till golden brown appearance with a nutty fragrance. Besan ladoo will keep for up to two weeks at room temperature.
