  1. Ek heavy thick bottom kadhai mein sugar and pani dalenga and keep the pan on the stove top.
  2. Sugar dissolves hona tek lagatar hilana hai and another pan mein ghee leker another stove per ghee ko garem karenga
  3. Let the sugar syrup start bubbling and boiling 1cup ghee add besan and add besan mixture in sugar syrup
  4. With one hand add the besan and another hand mix it with a wird whisk stire very well then add ghee in parts
  5. As soon as you add ghee mix with besan with a spoon or spatula. On a medium – low to medium flame with non stop stirring cook the besan mixture
  6. When mixture comes together in one mass and you see some ghee at the side then also continue to stair when bubbles and holes in the mixture switch off the flame
  7. Immediately and quickly pour the mixture in the greased pan or tray. Once warm or cooled down then slice the Mysore pak into rectangle or square pieces.
