  1. Heat Oil in a large pan. Add cumin seeds. Cook 1 minute. Add onions and cook 3 minutes. Add vegetable masala and cook 1 minute.
  2. Add everything (except potatoes) in pan and add 2 tablespoon water. Mix and cook 2 minutes. Reduce heat and for 10 minutes covered.
  3. Add Potatoes and cook for 5 more minutes. Check for salt and serve.
