Steps to make Mysore pak:
  1. Before starting the procedure apply ghee to plate.if we put butter paper at the bottom it is easy to remove. Now start Take a kadai. Fry the besan on medium flame in ghee till the raw smell disappears. Sieve the fried besan.
  2. Take a pan boil sugar with water till it reaches single string consistency. Then add fried besan to sugar syrup by Stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed. The flame must be on medium-high.
  3. On the other stove.heat the ghee……stir the besan mixture gently by adding heated ghee in small amounts.do the process continuously till the oil oozes out. Then add one pinch of baking soda to the besan mixture. Add remaining oil to it.put off the flame.
  4. Pour this into greased plate. When it is little cooled cut into desired shapes.when it is completely cooled it is not possible to cut. Serve the delicious Mysore pak.
