  1. Dry roast the gram flour. Do not burn or leave it to change colour.
  2. Add 1 cup ghee and mix well until lump free.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup. Sugar: Water (1.5: 0.5). Check for one string consistency.
  4. Add the ghee flour mixture to the sugar syrup and mix them well and stir well.
  5. Add 2 tsp ghee batch wise (atleast 2-3 times) as and when you see the mixture leaving ghee on the sides.
  6. Put the mixture on a plate and test if you can make a ball using your fingers. If yes then your mixture is ready. - - Grease the tray with ghee and transfer the mixture. Level it using a spoon.
