  3. Close the lid and cook until water evaporates
  4. Let the mixture to cool
  5. In mixer grinder coriander and mint leaves fried onion keema mixture lemon juice and salt s per your taste
  6. Beat one egg in a bowl with required salt
  7. Shape the grounded mixture like cutlets
  8. In a pan add 1 tbs of ghee or oil
  9. And dip the shaped cutlet into the beated egg
  10. Shallow fry it until u get the brown colour
