- In mixer grinder coriander and mint leaves fried onion keema mixture lemon juice and salt s per your taste
- Beat one egg in a bowl with required salt
- Shape the grounded mixture like cutlets
- In a pan add 1 tbs of ghee or oil
- And dip the shaped cutlet into the beated egg
- Shallow fry it until u get the brown colour
