Instructions to make Steamed sooji balls:
  1. Dry roast suji until golden brown.keep aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  3. Add onion and ginger and fry for a minute.
  4. Add water and salt in the pan and bring it to a boil.
  5. Now add the roasted suji in the pan and mix well.
  6. Cover the pan and simmer the heat to low cook for 10- 12 minutes.
  7. Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool.
  8. Make small rounds from the mixture.
  9. Bring some water in a steamer to a boil.
  10. Steam the balls for 10-12 minutes.
  11. Heat oil for tempering in a pan.
  12. Add mustard oil,cumin seeds,hing, curry leaves and dry red chillies in the pan and fry untill they turn brown.
  13. Add red chilli powder and fry for a minutes
  14. Now add the steamed ball,fresh,coriander and lemon juice & toss well serve.
  15. Note:- The suji mixture must be very slightly warm you make the balls from it.Do not cool it too much otherwise the balls will crumble.
