Breadcrumbs coated aloo poha balls ready. Heat oil in a pan, drop prepared balls in oil. Deep fry till crisp & golden brown. Now its ready, remove it from oil.

Instructions to make Poha cheese balls:
  1. Take poha in a vessel, wash it 2-3 times with water, drain all the water from poha, leave it for 10 mins.
  2. After that, grind the poha in jar with out adding water. Add curd salt and mix it together.
  3. Grease the hands with oil, take ball sized portion of poha mixture, flatten it and put the small cube of cheese, seal all the sides, make balls from it.
  4. Put this roll in steamer, steam it for 15 min, cool it down.
  5. In pan add oil, once it get hot then add mustard seeds, wait until it's crackle then add curry leaves, turmeric and red chili powder, mix it well, then add prepared balls.
  6. Take it out in plate then add some coriander leaves and serve it hot with tomato ketchup.

Crispy & healthy poha balls ready, serve hot with chilli tomato sauce In a bowl, add poha, potatoes, paneer, salt, red chilli powder, green chilies, coriander powder, amchur powder and corn flour, mix well. Coat the cheese balls in the slurry and the bread crumbs well, else the cheese might ooze out while frying. I have coated the cheese balls with bread crumbs twice for a crispy texture.
