- In a pan, take one cup of water with one and half cup of sugar. Boil it till the syrup reaches one string consistency.
- Slowly add the roasted besan into the syrup, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
- Heat two cups of ghee separately and slowly keep adding ghee in the besan mixture. Need to continuously stir till ghee leaves.
- Once ghee starts leaving, take off the stove and carefully pour it in a greased plate and cut it in whichever shape you want. Let it cool. Serve.
