  2. In a pan, take one cup of water with one and half cup of sugar. Boil it till the syrup reaches one string consistency.
  3. Slowly add the roasted besan into the syrup, stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Heat two cups of ghee separately and slowly keep adding ghee in the besan mixture. Need to continuously stir till ghee leaves.
  5. Once ghee starts leaving, take off the stove and carefully pour it in a greased plate and cut it in whichever shape you want. Let it cool. Serve.
