Add the mashed brain, the pepper , ehu seeds and the finely cut utazi leaves, stir well to mix up the whole content. Then gently add the ugba and. In Nigerian restaurants, the goat heads are cooked whole (without cutting them up) because they have a big pot where they can pile several goat heads and cook them at the same. Isi Ewu is a dish that is usually mistaken for the dish Nkwobi because they both have similar ingredients.

  2. Roast the ehuru on the heat and blend with crayfish,uziza and fresh pepper.
  3. In a pot pour in the palmoil,dissolve potash in a water and pour in the liquid in the palmoil and stir it will change to yellow.
  4. Add all the blended things and stir,slice the utazi leaves and add.
  5. Heat up the ugba for 4minutes and add to it.stir very well finally pour in the boiled isi ewu no stock in it.
  6. Stir very well and slice onion in big rings then serve.
