- In a pan heat ghee and oil. Once it is heated completely, slow down the flame. Don't switch off the gas.
- On another pan, add sugar and water and boil it till the mixture form one string consistency.
- In sugar mixture, add gram flour in batches say 2-3 and gently mix it.
- Then start adding ghee-oil mixture 1 tablespoon at a time and keep pouring ghee-oil mixture until gram flour completely leaves the sides of the pan.
- Then switch off the flame and grease and container with some ghee/oil and spread this mixture into it.
- Then cut it into pieces, allow it cook down then serve it. If you want then you can top it with nuts.
